Cane Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Cane Walk.
Head - leans in and pulls back delayed 2 frames from the chest for overlap
Chest - pulls inward even further on the passing position
Hips - rotate to offset the chest
Legs - perpetually bent to emphasize the pain of stretching them out
Feet - slow labored steps barely lift off the floor rotate back and slight rotate forward before the contact
Arms - left arm pretty rigid on the cane right arm breaking like a pendulum
Hands - left hand clenches the cane tight on the lift and relaxes on the settle right hand overlaps the movement of the arm


Side Platter Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Side Platter Walk
Head - light up and down rotate on the passing position
Chest - straightens out slightly on the passing positions
Hips - lots of side to side sway
Legs - straight legs on the passing position to accentuate the up and down of the hips
Feet - slide back and flop down
Arms - left arm broken drag forward and flip back right arm straight to accentuate the weight of the trey
Hands - left hand broke delayed and overlapping right hand keep alive on the fingers

Heavy Sack Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Heavy Sack Walk. (I know I know >< )
Head - delayed leans back on the middle passing position
Chest - compresses and stretches under the weight of the heavy bag
Hips - offset the chest and dip down to express weight
Legs - mostly bent under the weight of the bag straight leg on the contact position to emphasize the weight shift
Arms - left arm swings slowly back and forth with a bit of break to add fluidity right arm has subtle rotate
Feet - pick up rotate back in anticipation of the step
Hands left hand overlaps and extends the motion of the left arm right hand little bit of rotate on the passing positions

Carrying the Big Box Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is Carrying the Big Box Walk.
Head - leans far back on the contact position movement delayed 2 frames to add overlap
Chest - Stretches back on the contact position
Hips - Dip down to accentuate the weight
Legs - Straight leg on the contact position to empasize the weight
Feet - Drag back flop toes
Arms - straight on the contact then bend on the passing position
Hands - keep alive on the right hand fingers left hand slips and catches the weight
