Head - light tilt and sway side to side
Chest - extra squash and twist side to side
Hips - light bounce, rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - low small backward steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - light swishy up and down sway
Hands - rotate up and flop down overlapping the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
