Head - a little bounce and side to side
Chest - light compress and bounce
Hips - medium up and down with a little side to side and twist to favor the next move
Legs - medium high running steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little foot flop, extra ball roll
Arms - medium bent swing
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
