Head - pointed forward and down with a little bounce
Chest- lightly bent over, with a little side to side and squash and stretch
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, and allow for the next backward step
Legs - low-medium backward steps
Feet - drag back and flop down, with overlap in the toes
Arms - stretch out and pull in
Hands - overlap and drag from the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
