Head - tipped forward, light bounce
Chest - puffed out and pulled back, light twist and bounce
Hips - pushed forward, rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little overlap on the toe
Arms - stretched out and down
Hands - grip the box, light keep alive and adjust on the fingers and wrists
