Head - light sway and bobble side to side
Chest - puffed out, light twist to allow for the next forward arm movement
Hips - dipped down, rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - medium wide gait, low steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little overlap on the toes
Arms - pressed down, medium low forward movements
Hands - pressed against the ground, drag back on the passing position land with a little overlap in the fingers and thumbs
