Head - swung down, dips further down then shoots upward
Chest - bent over, compresses further down, then puffs out
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, dip down then fly upward
Legs - bent, light keep alive then drag upward
Feet - rest, then drag upward
Arms - drag down, then shoot upward, leading the movement
Hands - pressed down, light keep alive, then punch upward
