Head - light dip down and stretch out
Chest - pulls back and up then presses down to allow for the movement of the arms
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, lift up to allow for the swing of the leg movements
Legs - medium low hop steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position land toe first
Arms - medium high, forward movements
Hands - press against the ground drag back on the passing position, land with a little compression in the knuckles
