Chest - follows the hips, pushes forward and drags back
Hips - push forward and pull back with a little give forward and back
Legs - light upward tilt and lift
Feet - small lift and heel rotate
Arms - held across the chest, light drag and lift off
Hands - overlap and drag from the movement of the arms and forearms with a little delay in the fingers
