Head - light tilt and twist side to side, with a little clench and release in the jaw
Chest - stretched out, light side to side with a little puff out and sink in
Hips - rotate and overlap the hips, light raise and lower
Legs - light swing and twist side to side
Feet - overlap and drag from the swing of the legs
Arms - reach up and out then pull back
Hands - overlap and drag from the movement of the arms and forearms, extra grasp and sway in the fingers
