Head - light bob and tilt side to side
Chest - bent over, light compress and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step, medium bounce
Legs - medium low steps
Feet - drag back and flop forward, with overlap in the toes
Arms - hang down with a medium swing
Hands - dangle downward, overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers and thumb
