Head - flops and tilts side to side
Chest - puffed out, light compress and twist side to side
Hips - medium up and down with a little sway side to side
Legs - medium high, long running steps
Feet - drag back and and slap down with overlap in the toes
Arms - medium long outward swings
Hands - loose clench overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
