Head - slight tilt and sway side to side
Chest - minimal twist and lean side to side with a little compression in the belly
Hips - small sway side to side
Legs - low heavy steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, slam down on the ground with a little overlap in the toes
Arms - medium swing
