Head - light bounce and up and down
Chest - puffed out slight twist and bounce
Hips - extra double bounce, rotates to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - medium slower steps
Feet - drag back and lift up before planting down with overlap in the toes
Arms - medium bent arm swings
Hands - loose clench with a little drag from the movement of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
