Ball Catch Walk

Today's walk is a Ball Catch Walk.
Head - Slight up and down with each step. Focused on the ball and pulls down with the ball as it is caught
Chest - a little bit of give with each step and compresses as the ball is caught
Hips - subtle up and down with rotate to offset the chest
Legs - slow back wards steps
Feet - rotate back with little toe roll as the foot lifts and ball roll as it rests
Arms - slow moving back then anticipate the catch and bring it in to the cest
Hands - drag and overlap with an over shoot on the ball catch
