Stairs Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Stairs Walk.
Head - light drag down on the passing position
Chest - leaned forward and inward small compress and release
Hips - light side to side twist and rotate
Legs - medium high steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position lift up before flopping over on the the next step
Arms - medium swing
Hands - clenched overlap from the swing of the arm and forearm

Wednesday Night Creature Night
