Head Rest Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Head Rest Walk.
Head - dipped far forward light lean and release
Chest - curved inward minimal compress and release
Hips - extra stretch and squash to the side to allow for the arm rotates to offset the chest
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position low toe flop
Arms - Left arm small swing, Right Arm dragging and hanging on the head
Hands - left hand overlaps and drags from the light swing of the arm right hand light swing and sway overlapping the movement of the arm
