Fist Steps Walk

Today's walk is a First Steps Walk
Head - Dips down and pulls back following the chest and the hips
Chest - Drops down with the hips and pulls back up to keep balance
Hips - attempt to keep balance to offset the rest of the body sticks out a bit more than a normal walk
Arms - out stretched to drive the movement rotated up and down dragging behind the movement of the hips
Hands - overlap follow through from the arms
Legs - wide gait to better allow for balance first step hits hard second is a bit more cautious
Feet - rotate back and flop forward
