Chest Rest Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Chest Rest Walk.
Head - light dip inward and forward on 12s
Chest - puffed out minimal sway
Hips - rotated to offset the chest extra sway
Legs - low small steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - resting on the chest
Hands - laying on the top of the chest light rub back and forth
