Scaling Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Scaling Walk.
Head - light tip forward and out
Chest - bent over, compresses and twists side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, light up and down
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position land with a little toe flop
Arms - bent, medium long movements
Hands - hold the rope, raise up and out on the passing position then clasp back, with overlap on the fingers and thumbs
