Egyptian Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Egyptian Walk.
Head - dips out on the passing position
Chest - puffed out twists side to side to allow for the arm swings
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and twists to favor the next step
Legs - high steps straight leg
Feet - rotate back with overlap and drag on the toe
Arms - stiff almost paddle like swings favor the front and back position
Hands - follow the swing of the arms drag back and hold position
