Extra Gravity Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is an Extra Gravity Walk.
Head - struggles to pull up then squashes down
Chest - light stretch back than compresses
Hips - lift up then stay down
Legs - labored steps
Feet - slowly pull themselves away from the ground then smack back down
Arms - light swing mostly focused on the down positions
Hands - overlap and followthrough
