Stop Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Stop Walk.
Head - light jut out with eases on the in and out
Chest - slightly puffed out with minimal ease on the passing position
Hips - rotated forward with a small amount of up and down
Legs - straights on the passing and contact position
Feet - medium low steps light rotate back on the passing position
Arms - (Left Arm) bent to extended (Right Arm) light swing
Hands - (Left Hand) palm out minimal curvature of the fingers and delay on the thumb (Right Hand) slight swing following the movement of the forearm
