Beg Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Beg Walk.
Head - light dip inward on the passing position
Chest - compresses even more on the passing position to enhance the squash
Hips - rotate to offset the legs and chest minimal side to side weight shift
Legs - low to the ground bent small steps
Feet - extra ball roll rotate back on the passing position
Arms - out in front of the chest arched very light rotate
Hands - clasped together tightly
