Today's Walk is the dude Walk.
Head - pulled back falls forward then pulls back again
Chest - puffed out then caves inward and back to puffed
Hips - offset the chest a little extra up and down
Legs - straight leg on the contact position
Feet - extra heel roll rotated outward a bit away from the body
Arms - extra swing away from the body favor the extremes
Hands - follow the swing of the arms extended into the fingers
