Cup Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Cup Walk
Head - tilted down and out toward the cup, drags back then turns forward
Chest - light puff out with a tiny bit of twist and compress
Hips - minimal up and down, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - left arm hangs down with a medium swing, right arm raised up, pulls back and picks up the glass
Hands - left hand is a loose clench, overlaps the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers, right hand anticipates the grab, swings back then grasps the cup and pulls it forward and upward
