Toony - Animation Time!

Today's Animation Time features the Toony Bipedal Character Rig.
Head - light tilt side to side
Chest - hunched over, light twist and compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - bent dangle, with a light swing
Hands - hang down and overlap from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
