Arm Sway Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is an Arm Sway Walk.
Head - light tip and sway side to side
Chest - side to side twist and sway, light compress
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra sway
Legs - bent inward, low small steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - hang down behind the back, with a little sway side to side
Hands - drag down, overlap the sway of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
