Head - side to side sway
Chest - twists and sways side to side compresses on the passing position
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and twists propel the legs
Legs - sway back and forth light break and bend at the knee
Feet - sway to offset the legs light bend and drag on the toe
Arms - sway and break to propel the movement forward
Hands - lead the action
