Scale Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Scale Walk.
Head - leaned forward, light bounce down
Chest - extra side to side sway and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the movement of the legs
Legs - small upward steps
Feet - extra ball roll, light drag on the passing position with a bit of toe overlap
Arms - lead the movement
Hands - hold against the wall, light drag on the passing position with overlap on the fingers
