Wheels Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Wheels Walk.
Head - light lean forward and drag back
Chest - pulls forward light twist and sway
Hips - rotate to offset the chest
Legs - resting light raise and adjust
Feet - overlap the raise and adjust of the legs
Arms - light swing to help propel the wheel
Hands - swing and overlap from the movement of the arm and forearm grip and guide the wheel
