Trog Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Trog Walk.
Head - focused forward brows down light bounce
Chest - bent inward side to side sway
Hips - rotate to favor the next step and offset the chest
Legs - low medium steps with a wide gait
Feet - rotate out and down on the passing position
Arms - bent inward light swing
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arm extending into the fingers
