Today's Walk is a Vitruvian Roll.
Head - Drags back from the sway of the chest
Chest - dips down and drags from movement of the roll
Hips - light dip down and up, rotate to offset the chest
Legs - light lift up on the upside down position
Feet - rotate back on the lift position, extra toe roll
Arms - reach out, light lift up
Hands - press against the sides, light raise and drag then press back down
