Pitch Walk - Walk a Day

Today's walk is a Pitch Walk.
Head - focused forward pulls back to anticipate the movement and pulls backward to settle
Chest - compresses to anticipate the movement drags forward then pulls back to settle
Hips - balance the motion a little up and down and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - little step anticipation big step settle
Feet - bit of rotate backward, ball roll, heel roll and toe overlap
Arms - pull in to anticipate the action left arm directs the action and the right arm loops to throw then settles
Hands -overlap and drag with compressed fists to outstretched fingers
