Cricked Neck Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Cricked Neck Walk.
Head - tilted over to the side light drag over and compress
Chest - favoring the lean to one side light compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest small squash on the side to side movement
Legs - bent leg small low steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position medium toe flop
Arms - dangle down at the sides small swing
Hands - overlap the swing of the arm and forearm
