Penguin Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Penguin Walk.
Head - light tip up and forward
Chest - puffed out and forward light twist and rotate
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - lean forward small low to the ground steps
Feet -rotate back with a light toe flop
Arms - down near the hips light swing
Hands - light delay follow the swing of the arms extended into the fingers
