Gaze Not Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Gaze Not Walk.
Head - light bounce and compress
Chest - curved inward extra side to side sway and squish
Hips - offset the chest extra side to side lean
Legs - small medium steps
Feet - slight rotate inward drag back on the passing position with a small toe flop
Arms - perched up near the head light swing and compress
Hands - mostly open palm shielding the face slight overlap and drag from the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers
