Self Hug Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Self Hug Walk.
Head - light dip and roll
Chest - caved inward extra side to side twist and sway
Hips - rotate to offset the chest extra side to side swing
Legs - low small steps
Feet - rotated inward light drag on the passing position small toe flop
Arms - holding the chest tightly light side to side swing
Hands - overlap the drag of the arm and forearm light shoulder / side rub drag extending into the fingers
