Today's Walk is a Toe Touch Walk.
Head - dip down and inward on 12s then back up
Chest - bent downward pushes even further down on 12s
Hips - light up and down rotates to offset the hips
Legs - low small steps
Feet - rotate back with a light toe flop
Arms - light swing hanging downward extending from the shoulder
Hands - light stretch and rotate on the far down position
