Primal Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Primal Walk.
Head - dips down on the passing position
Chest - curved over pulls up a bit on the contact position
Hips - scrunch down on the passing position
Legs - medium short steps legs pull up into the chest on the passing position
Feet - light rotate back on the passing position toes drag down
Arms - medium swing forearms barely swing
Hands - follow the rotate of the arm extend the movement into overlapping fingers and thumbs
