Side Swing Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Side Swing Walk.
Head - light tilt drag and dip
Chest - leaned over the side extra twist and sway
Hips - rotate to offset the chest weight over the opposite side to offset the lean of the chest
Legs - low medium steps extra bent knees
Feet - rotate back on the passing position small toe flop
Arms - extra side swing and drag
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the forearm and arm
