Hunch Shuffle Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Hunch Shuffle Walk.
Head - leaned over, light bounce and dip
Chest - bent over with a little compress and twist side to side
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and allow for the next step
Legs - low, small shuffling steps
Feet - drag back on the passing position, land with a little toe flop
Arms - bent up and inward, extra raise on the shoulders, light swing
Hands - dangle downward, overlap and drag from the sway of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers and thumbs
