Bad Posture Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Bad Posture Walk.
Head - bent down and out light bounce and head shake
Chest - curved inward light compress and release
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - low medium steps
Feet - light rotate inward feet drag back on the passing position small toe flop
Arms - shoulders raised arms hold the chest close
Hands - light swing on the forearm extending and overlapping into the wrist and fingers
