Sigh Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Sigh Walk.
Head - pulls back and drops forward
Chest - curved inward puffs back and up then releases
Hips - rotate to offset the hips light twist side to side
Legs - low small steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - light swing
Hands - overlap and drag from the swing of the arm extending into the fingers
