Chest - curved inward light compress and release
Hips - slow moving rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - slow medium steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position light toe flop
Arms - double pound and swing then rest near the hips
Hands - fists overlap and drag from the swing of the arms
