Lanky Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Lanky Walk.
Head - low bounce with overlap on the chin
Chest - puffed out, extra side to side twist and swing
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - short, medium steps
Feet - favor the up position, drag back and flop down with overlap on the toe
Arms - extra swing following the movement of the shoulders
Hands - loose curl, overlap and drag from the swing of the arms and forearms extending into the fingers
