Bouncy Scoot Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Bouncy Scoot Walk.
Head - dips down and leans back overlapping the movement of the chest
Chest - caved in and flexes out to offset the hips extra compress
Hips - extra bouncy rotates to allow the foot movement
Legs - little hop and bounce
Feet - extra ball roll drag back on the passing position flop down with a little toe delay
Arms - hold the weight of the chest offset the movement of the legs
Hands - flat on the ground drag back on the passing position extra finger drag and delay





Study Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Study Walk.
Head - light swivel and sway side to side
Chest - bent inward small compress and release
Hips - little up and down and rotate to offset the chest
Legs - small close steps
Feet - rotated inward drag back on the passing position low toe flop
Arms - Left arm dangles down with a light swing, Right Arm propped up to hold the book
Hands - Left Hand drags down and overlaps the swing of the arm and forearm extending into the fingers, Right Hand holds the book, light raise of the wrist and compress on the fingers
