Head - pulls down slings back and settles back forward
Chest - compressed inward pulls back then compresses back down again
Hips - Down, further down up and over then down and settle
Legs - bend down stretch out then compress down again
Feet - last to leave the ground first to touch back down light delay between the two
Arms - perched inward swing back then down and settle back again
Hands - follow the swing of the arms slight delay between the two
