Head - light squish
Chest - puffed out slight twist and side to side compression
Hips - rotate to offset the chest and favor the next step
Legs - medium high steps
Feet - rotate back on the passing position flip back before flopping down
Arms - extra swing forearm overlaps and drags
Hands - clenched fists overlap and delay from the swing of the arm and forearm
