Pull Walk - Walk a Day

Today's Walk is a Pull Walk.
Head - light dip down, overlaps the movement of the chest
Chest - bent inward, light compress and twist
Hips - rotate to offset the chest, extra compress and bounce
Legs - low, small, backward steps
Feet - excess heel roll, drag back on the passing position with a little toe overlap
Arms - dragged back, with a little keep alive
Hands - clench the wire, light keep alive and settle in the wrists and fingers
